Uno. Dos. Tres

Monday I got a job as a hostess at Uno's Chicago Grill in Fayetteville. I start orientation this coming up Monday. After that you all should ocme to eat at Uno's and see me wearing a tie!!!

Oy with the Poodles already!

Tonight's the season finale of Gilmore Girl's 6th season.

It's been a good 22 episodes, I just hope that it ends extremly well.

Sad Gilmore Girls news... 1. I lost my 3rd season DVD set. Please pray that I find them and soon. :)
2. The two orginal writers of the show, Amy and her husband will not be returning for next season, which I believe will be the last season. Stupid WB executives wouldn't give them a 2 year contract, only a 1 year contract.


We're watching the show at my house tonight if anyone wants to come. Show and lack of talking begin at 8pm sharp.

Tomorrow it is done.
My first year of college will be finsihed tomorrow. It's hard to believe, I remember excalty waht I did on my first day of college, and now it's over. Trippy. Well let's see. Classes were good. I've learned so much, and have really imporoved creatively. Which was the point. I don't really know what to say about my first year, it was different than anything I've ever experieced, that's for sure.
All I can think about is getting ready to leave Fayetteville in August. I got up, showered, got dressed and turned to mom. "Does this say I'm a relaxed, fun person?" It's funny the things you remember. I was trying so hard on the outside to appear relazxed and cool with the whole situation, when all that I was doing on the inside was freaking out. Oh and then there was the whole thing where I got pulled over for the first time a few hours later. That was fun.
I feel like I'm getting old. Only old people are done with their first year of college. And starting tomorrow I am. I'll be a sophmore in art school. Holy cow, I made it through freshman year of art school, and looking around at my peers, that isn't such an easy thing to do, and successfully is a completly different story.
I'm proud of myself.

Good job to all of you who made it through this year, it was tough but we did it. And now we definitly deserve a 4 month break.

These Are the days of....

PERFORMANCE ART!!
Well this afternoon, I became a performance artist. And amazingly enough, I was pretty successful at it. Which shocked me. I really enjoyed it as well. I've always wanted to be covered with paint. So here's some pictures of what I looked like, and still look like, after my debut.

If you want to know what the performance was about I'll be home for the summer next weekend and I can tell you all about it :)

Two and a half weeks left and I'm done with my first year of College.

Well I meant to post a while ago, but the internet in my dorm was down from Thursday to Monday afternoon. A major inconvienence. Especially with finals and papers looming around the corner. I still haven't uploaded new pictures to my laptop yet, but I haven't even had time to do anything lately. Nothing besides school work is really on the list. Sleep is going down, emotions sky rocketing, and relationships are work.
As of this morning I have 26 total days until my last final. Included in there is Easter and a few Birthdays, including my own. Actually mine is the day before my last final, so that kind of stinks. Hummm I should have been concieved at a different date (must conference with Mom about that) :) Just kidding.

I had an extremly good Nature Drawing Day yesterday. I'm so proud of myself. Normally I am terrified of mark making, but the entire drawing is Marks. I think only Sara may understand this comment. But for everyone else, mark making is not something I like to practice, and is something that I've been trying to work on all semester, and it's finally coming to be. An amazing achievment for me!!!

School's crazy, nights and homework are even crazier. Sorry it's been so long. A lots happened but at the same time it doesn't seem like anything at all.
So I guess I'll write you a poem, Dan's been palying poet lately so I'll give it a go. Don't hate me for it.

aren't necessarily friends.
But who ever said that

Okay I know it doesn't ryhtme at all BUT it's my poem and I'll make it ryme if I want to, and if I don't want to then I won't. It's an odd subject but it goes along with my next 3D wood sculpture (picuteres to come after I actually start and get working going on it) combined with my upcoming May birthday.
